1. Introduction

Welcome to Marwar Made. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Marwar Made is a curated label of handcrafted wooden mirrors and Rajasthan-inspired home décor, rooted in the artisanal traditions of India.

2. Products & Craftsmanship

Each Marwar Made product is handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the nature of traditional craftsmanship:

  • Slight variations in wood grain, finish, texture, or dimensions may occur.
  • These variations are a mark of authenticity — not a defect.
  • Product images are representative; actual pieces may differ slightly in tone or pattern.

We take pride in the uniqueness of every piece we create.

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of GST as indicated on the product page.
  • Marwar Made reserves the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice.
  • Prices at the time of order confirmation will be honoured.

4. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
  • We accept payments via Razorpay (UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets).
  • For custom or made-to-order pieces, a minimum 50% advance payment is required before production begins.
  • Order confirmation and invoice will be sent to your registered email address.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship across India. International shipping is available on select products — please contact us before ordering.
  • Standard delivery: 7–14 business days from dispatch.
  • Custom/made-to-order items: 3–6 weeks depending on complexity.
  • All fragile items are carefully packed with protective materials. However, Marwar Made is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We take utmost care in packaging. In the rare event of transit damage:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Email us at [your support email] with your order number and images.
  • We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be entertained.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted.
  • Exceptions are made only in cases of transit damage (see Section 6) or incorrect item delivered.
  • Custom orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a restocking/processing fee.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on www.marwarmade.com — including product designs, photographs, graphics, text, and brand identity — is the exclusive property of Marwar Made.

  • Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
  • Marwar Made's Jaali designs and mirror motifs are original works and may not be replicated.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is collected solely for the purpose of order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required for fulfillment (e.g., courier partners).

11. Limitation of Liability

Marwar Made shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use.
  • Delays or losses caused by third-party logistics partners.
  • Any loss resulting from misuse of products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
