Return Window We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.

- Product significantly different from what was described
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or made-to-order mirrors (final sale — no returns or exchanges)
- Items not in their original packaging
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at hello@marwarmade.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the product
- Our team will respond within 48 hours
- For approved returns, we will arrange a pickup at no additional cost
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Custom and made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds
